Tile Cleaning Process

Pre-Treatment
Our certified technician will apply a pre-treatment solution to your tile and grout. This will assist in loosening up any dirt, grease, and stains.

Steam Cleaning
High-pressure, truck-mounted steam machines clean the tile and grout using chemicals designed for your specific tile type.

Hot Water Extraction
The chemicals are extracted into our dirty solution tank on our truck, rinsing out the dirt, grease, and chemicals from your tile and grout.

Sealer Application
Once the treated areas are clean and dry, we apply a sealer. This sealer will create a protective barrier over the porous areas, preventing dirt accumulation and staining.

How often should I get my tile and grout cleaned?
This is a difficult question to answer. It depends on what type of tile and grout you have, the sealer that was applied (if any), how often you mop your floor, where the floor is located (kitchen, patio, bathroom), and what type of foot traffic walks on your floor (pets, children, etc).
What type of results can I expect?
There are many factors that determine how your tile and grout will look after cleaning. Many times we find that tile and grout is in a like-new condition. Our powerful equipment and chemicals allow us to achieve amazing results. We can do a test area in an inconspicuous area to demonstrate this.
What type of tile do you clean?
We clean all types of tile, including natural stone. Some of the types of tile that we clean are ceramic, porcelain, marble, travertine, and slate. The technician on-site will carefully examine the tile to determine the proper cleaning method.
Is it required that I get my grout sealed?
No, but we highly recommend that you do. Leaving your grout unsealed will cause your grout to get dirty a lot faster, as the dirt will collect in the pores. The sealant will prevent dirt from collecting in the pores by creating a protective barrier.
