How long does it take for my furniture to dry?

We use very powerful truck mounted steam cleaning so drying time is drastically reduced. We see typical drying times around 1 - 6 hours, however, factors such as the current weather conditions, air circulation, humidity, and your HVAC settings.

Upholstery protectors are applied to your furniture after steam cleaning. Protectors work by preventing dirt, stains, and grease from penetrating your upholstery's fabric all together. This allows for easy stain removal and a drastic reduction in the frequency of professional furniture cleaning.

Can you remove pet odors and stains?

Pet stains and odors from cats, dogs, and other furry friends can be very complex. There are many factors such as how deep the odor penetrated, did the stain permanently damage the fabric, and did anyone make it worse trying to remove it. We always tell our customers, if there is any company out there that can handle it, it would be us!

How often should I get my upholstery cleaned?

This is a question that has many factors. Although most manufacturers recommend having your furniture cleaned professionally every 1 to 2 years, it depends on your usage. A retired couple with no kids or pets may only need cleaning every 3 years. There are homes with both pets and kids that need cleaning every 6 months.
